Menu functions
• Proxy use: connect to the GPRS network using
the proxy server.
• GPRS setting: customise the settings required
for connecting to the GPRS network.
IP address: (when Proxy use is set to
Enable) enter the gateway address.
IP port: (when Proxy use is set to Enable)
enter the port number.
DNS1: (when Proxy use is set to Disable)
enter the primary DNS address.
DNS2: (when Proxy use is set to Disable)
enter the primary DNS address.
APN: enter the access point name of the GPRS
network gateway.
Login ID: enter the User ID.
Password: enter the password.
Memory status
(Menu 5.8)
You can view the number of short messages in the
both SIM card and phone’s memory.
You can view the amount of memory currently being
used.
Fun box
(Menu 6)
The Fun box menu allows you to use the WAP
browser, play Java games, and access images and
sounds stored in the phone’s memory.
To access this menu, press <Menu> in Idle mode and
select Fun box.
WWW services
(Menu 6.1)
The Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) browser on
your phone allows you to access the wireless web.
Using the WAP browser, you can access updated
information and a wide variety of media content, such
as wallpapers and ring tones.
Home
(Menu 6.1.1)
Use this menu to connect your phone to the network
and load the homepage of the wireless web service
provider.
