Installation

The work described in this section is only to be performed by personnel appropriately quali-

fied to carry out such tasks.

5.1 

Installation conditions

Work position

If not described otherwise in the valve documentation, the work position for the control valve 
is the front view looking onto the operating controls.

Mounting orientation

The control valve can be installed in the pipeline in any desired position. However, a sus

-

pended mounting position of the actuator is not permissible (see Fig. 5-1).
