14. Put the Top KASAGI. 

 15.  Fasten the Top KASAGI and Boom KASAGI  with small 

screws.  Nail the GAKUZUKA and the NUKI.  

16.  Insert cement frames and 8e them to the NUKI.

18.    Pour  mixed  concrete  into  the  holes  and  insert  the 

poles.    Check  the  level  and  adjust the  pole  posi8ons  if  not
