Controlled cooking with basic
tags
1)
In the main menu, press
Controlled regeneration

Watch the progress of each food on the left side of the screen.

Controlled cooking with
tags
and
needle probe
1)
Follow steps

Connect the needle probe to the machine. [

When the cooking time has elapsed and the alarm sounds,
remove the food from the tank.
4)
Pass the
tag
close to the RFID reader.
5)
Insert the needle probe into the food.

Press

to start measuring the food’s internal
temperature. [

The reading is stable when the circle is com
-
pletely red.
8)
Press
SAVE
.
– The machine also saves the value once a certain time has elapsed
(horizontal bar under the completely green circle).

Recipe cooking mode
The recipe cooking mode is identical to the manual cooking mode,
except that in recipe cooking mode there a recipe list is available
/2] and editable only from the application

Each recipe has the following data:
•
Recipe name
•
Same parameters as those defined in the manual cooking mode
(SET water temperature/SET probe temperature/time).
•
Recipe locked (red, closed padlock)/unlocked (green, open pad
-
lock).
– If the recipe is locked, the user cannot change the SET temperature
and time values from the machine’s display.
– If the recipe is unlocked, the SET temperature and time values can
-
not be adjusted from the machine’s display. [
