CARTRIDGE-NEEDLE ASSEMBLY (IND. 25, 26, 27 OR 28) REASSEMBLY
Grease the cartridge seals (30).
Place the new cartridge-needle assembly (25, 26, 27 or 28) in the gun with the tool (52) to the stop.
Grease the seal (42) and place the piston assembly (40).
Place the spring (46 or 47).
Place the cylinder (45) by placing the spring (46 or 47) into the groove of the cylinder.
Grease and place the seal (43).
Place the tool (52) onto the nozzle of the needle (31).
Hold handly the tool (52) onto the nozzle of the needle (31), Applicate glue on the screw (44) and
lightly tighten it with a torque screwdriver (screwing torque 1Nm / 0.7376 Ft/Lbs).
CAUTION : Please follow the instruction regarding the screwing torque
(1 Nm / 0.7376 Ft/Lbs).
Tighten the seat holder

in
the gun
by means of the wrench
- Screwing torque : 10 Nm / 7.376 Ft/Lbs.
Place the tip (9) or (10) or the assembly (6 and 7).
Screw handly the tightening nut (4) or (8).
