Blade replacement
Worn or damaged blades should always be replaced according to the guides on
Fig.
18 and 19. Blades should be replaced in pairs in order to maintain disc balance. During blade
replacement carefully check the shaft of the blade holder. In the event of the holder being worn
(
Fig.
25) shaft holders should be immediately replaced (remove the M12 nut and reinstall).

ATTENTION:
During operation pay attention if the mower is vibrating which would
indicate that the disc (discs) is operating with only one blade. Long-term
mowing in this state will result in permanent damage to the cutterbar. This is
not covered by the warranty. Take breaks while mowing and check weather
all the blades are present.
CAUTION:
When replacing knives, the engine must be disconnected with ignition key
off, disks may not rotate (see decal N-2).
6.3.
Setting width adjustment
Swath width is adjusted with swath guides mounted on the 3-point linkage frame of
the cutterbar (Fig. 19).
In order to adjust the guide, the following should be performed (for: KT 261 (H), KT 301 (H),
KT 341 (H), KT 260 (H), KT 300 (H) and KT 340 (H)):
loosen locknuts (2) and screws (3),
shift the guide arm (6),
tighten screws (3) and locknuts (2),

then adjust height and shield angle (7),
tighten screws (5) and locknuts (4).
