PROBLEM
CHECK
The motor fails to start.
–
The power cord might not be plugged to the mains.
–
The feeder chamber might not be locked in place.
–
The products fed in might have clogged the appliance.
The appliance keeps stopping.
–
The appliance parts might not be properly assembled.
–
The appliance might stall from overloading.
–
The product chucks might be difficult to process.
The feeder tube might be jammed with pulp.
–
If you extract from large portions of soft products, try alternating the soft portions with hard products
(e.g. push down the orange/apple chunks with some carrot). Use fresh products without rot.
–
Operate the power and control switch a few times in Reverse.
–
Do not overfill the feeder tube mouths with products. Feed the product chunks one by one and wait for
the appliance to fully process them.
–
If the problem cannot be identified, clean and reassemble the appliance.
The pulp stops coming out.
–
Push the pump outside by feeding in a hard product.
