Cleaning the individual parts
Draining the container.

down) or in the sink with fat-dissolving cleaning
agent:

Cleaning the frying basket
Do not use any abrasive cleaners on the frying basket! Do not scratch the frying basket! The frying
basket may not be immersed into a caustic or acid cleaning solution!
Clean frying basket with fat-dissolving cleaning agent or clean in the dishwasher.
Rinse frying basket well and rub dry.
Cleaning the parts for the filter system with
pump
Pump option: Clean surfaces with rinsing cloth
and fat-dissolving cleaning agent (do not immerse
in cleaning solution):

Intake tube,
−
Filling tube,
−
Drain hose.
After cleaning, thoroughly dry all parts and sur-
faces.

Cleaning stainless steel surfaces
Clean stainless steel surfaces with grease-dissolving cleaning products or special stainless steel clean-
ers.
Clean support structure with fat-dissolving cleaning agent.
Dry the cleaned parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.
Restoring the ready to operate mode, see page 36 in Chapter 4.1
Close the bowl with the lid.

Errors and remedies
If there are malfunctions on the device, check these against the following table:

There is no reaction on the
display when the appliance
has been switched on.
Main switch not turned on in
front of the device.
Turn on the main switch.
The entire power supply
system is missing.
Notify
the electricity supply company.
The network fuse has been
tripped.
Have possible appliance faults checked by an au-
thorized customer service agent.
Reset the circuit breaker.
