Rinse the bowl with frying oil/frying grease via the pump
Rinsing the bowl is only necessary if the frying oil/frying grease is to be used again. Here, the last remain-
ing frying residue is rinsed from the bowl and filtered.
Drain frying oil/frying grease into the container
and filter it; see page 46 in Chapter 6.1.
CAUTION!
Risk of burns on account of hot
surfaces!
Remove frying basket.
Remove basket holder.
Take out the insert sieve and remove any food
residue.
Swivel the heater upward.
Take out heater support.
Rinsing the tub
Insert the drain hose between filling tube and cap
and let it lock.
The filling tube and the drain hose must engage
perceivably and audibly.
Hold the filling tube on the handle and into the
bowl.
Switch on the pump
The appliance must be switched off (three points will light up in the display).
Start the pumping procedure

press the “Temperature/Pump”
button and hold it for 3 seconds.
The indicator light in the button comes on and the pump starts.
Rinse the bowl with frying oil/frying grease via the filling tube.
Switch off the pump.
Switch the pump off after rinsing

press the button “Temperature/Pump”
and hold it for 1 second.
After the pump time of 5 minutes has been exceeded, the pump will be switched off automatically.
The indicator light goes off.
Close the drain tap
−
swing the lever up and latch.
