6.2
Refilling the frying oil/frying grease
(manually, without pump)
With appliances without pump (option), the filling of the frying oil/frying grease in the bowl must be done by
hand.
Preparatory work
Let the frying oil/frying grease cool off in the con-
tainer!
Wear grease and heat resistant shoes, gloves
and protective clothing.
Remove the container from the guide rails slowly
and carefully up to the stop.
Be cautious
−
dripping frying oil or frying
grease and contamination of floor due to frying oil/fry-
ing grease! Therefore, have a stainless steel con-
tainer ready for the parts to be removed!
Remove the coarse and fine filters and set them
into the stainless steel container.
Refilling
Carefully unhook the container:
−
Pull the container out of the guide rails to the
stop,
−
slightly lift the container by the front handle,
−
keep pulling the container out to the stop,
−
remove the container from the guide rails by
both handles.
Empty the frying oil/frying grease via the pouring
spout into the bowl or into a heat-resistant con-
tainer.
CAUTION!
Danger of slipping! Immediately
clean any fat splashes off the floor.
6.3
Filter system with pump
(option)
With appliances with pumps, the filling of the frying oil/frying grease from the container into the bowl is
handled by the pump.
In order to remove all residue from the bowl, you can rinse the bowl with the frying oil/frying grease by
means of the pump. See description below; page 49 in Chapter 6.3.3.
6.3.1
Pumping the frying oil/frying grease from the container into the bowl
The drained and filtered frying oil/frying grease is pumped from the container into the bowl by the pump.
Filtern during short frying breaks
Using the procedure described in the following, you can filter the frying oil/frying grease and pump it into
the container.
