PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Appliance does not operate.

• Not plugged in.
• The circuit breaker tripped or there is a blown fuse.

Appliance is not cold enough.

• Check the temperature control setting.
• The door is opened too often.
• The door is not closed completely.
• The door gasket does not seal properly.

Turns on and off frequently.

• The room temperature is hotter than normal.
• The door is opened too often.
• The door is not closed completely.
• The temperature control is not set correctly.

Vibrations.

• Check to assure that the appliance is level.

(See “Installation” section).

Condensation on front of door.

• Room environment is too humid.

Moisture on exterior of appliance.

• Normal during periods of high humidity – wipe

Ice formation on the inner rear wall. • The door gasket does not seal properly.

• The door is opened too often or for too long.

The door will not close properly.

• The appliance is not level.

(See “Installation” section).

• The door was reversed and not properly installed.
• The gasket is dirty.
