CARE AND CLEANING
1. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. Disconnect the power cord
from the appliance.
2. Allow the unit to cool completely. DO NOT move or carry the appliance
while it is still hot. NOTE: If the appliance was used for Shallow Frying
the oil will retain its temperature for a long time after use. Do not
attempt to empty the Cooking Pot until the oil has cooled completely.
3. Empty remaining food and liquid from the Cooking Pot.
4. Wash the Fry Basket, Cooking Pot, Fondue Forks, Cover and Rack
with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool
as this may damage the non-stick surface of the Cooking Pot. The
Cover and Cooking Pot are also dishwasher safe.
5.
NEVER
immerse the Housing/Base in water or any other liquid. Wipe
clean with a damp cloth or sponge. Dry all parts thoroughly.
