How to Heat Water for Tea, Hot Chocolate, etc.

1. Open the Cover of the Water Reservoir and fill with fresh cold water up to 

the MAX level  mark indicated inside the water reservoir. 

2. Place tea, hot chocolate, etc. into the Travel Mug and place under the 

Dispenser. The Travel Mug Cover can be taken off or left on.  
If left on, be sure that the sipping hole is in the open position so coffee can 
flow through into the Travel Mug. 

3. Plug the unit into a 120 Volt A.C. outlet.  

4. Press the "START" button and the Indicator Light will illuminate.

Important:

Once the water has finished dripping into the Travel Mug, the 

Indicator Light will go out and the unit must be unplugged from the wall 
outlet.

CARE AND CLEANING

1. Unplug the unit from the wall outlet and allow to cool completely. 
2. Remove the Permanent Nylon Filter and Filter Basket.
3. Wash the Permanent Nylon Filter, Filter Basket, Thermal Travel Mug and its 

cover in warm soapy water.  Rinse and dry. 

4. Wipe the Base with a soft damp cloth.  

NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.  
DO NOT

use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners on any part of the 

appliance.

DO NOT

clean the inside of the Water Reservoir with a cloth as this will 

leave a residue of lint and may clog the Coffee Maker
