150 grams of milk (whole milk or half whole milk) for each cappuccino to be
prepared, place it on the right bottom part of the housing, lift up the cup to ensure
the nozzle is immersed in the milk, then turn the steam knob in an anti-clockwise
direction slowly when it begins foaming the milk, when the volume of milk frothing
is increased to 1.5 times the milk volume, turn off the steam knob to stop making
steam. When there is still water remaining in the tank, one can still make more
espresso coffee.
Note:
In choosing the size of cup, it is recommend the diameter is not less than 70
±
5mm, and bear in mind that the milk increases in volume by 1.5 times, make sure the
height of the cup is enough to accommodate that capacity.
Note:
to get a better effect, move the cups constantly up and down.
2. Mix the espresso coffee with the foam milk and stir them with a spoon, add
chocolate powder if necessary.
3. Grasp the nozzle with your hand and the other on the coffee maker, then take the
nozzle down according to the direction of the steam pipe, after cleaning,
assemble it and place it back in the original position.
Caution: operate carefully because the nozzle will be hot after foaming and only
operate it again after
it’s cooled down.
Note: to prepare more than one cappuccino, first make all the coffees, and then at
the end prepare foam milk for the cappuccinos.
