HELPFUL HINTS

1.  Make sure the candies are evenly placed in the Sugar/Candy   

 

 Chamber. 

 

2.  For faster results break up candies before placing in the Sugar/Candy  

 Chamber. 

 

3.  Use only hard sugar-free or regular hard candies.  Use fruit flavored,    

  caramel, root beer, butterscotch, peppermint.  Try your favorite flavors  

  or a combination of two flavors.   

4.  Do not use the following:  

  Ball-shaped candies  

  Hard shell candies with a soft center  

  Gummy or chewy candies 

  Sugar-pressed candies  

  Instant drink mix packets 

CARE AND CLEANING

1.  Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads.  

2.  NEVER immerse the base or cord in water or any other liquid.  

3.  Unplug and allow the cotton candy maker to cool completely before    

 cleaning. 

 

4.  Remove the bowl by turning clockwise and lifting.  

5.  Grip the Extractor Head and lift straight up.  

6.  Wash the Extractor Head, Removable Bowl, Measuring Scoop and    

  Reusable Sticks in warm soapy water.  Rinse and dry.  

  NOTE:  If sugar is stuck to the Extractor Head, allow it to soak in  

 

  warm soapy water for several hours or overnight. Wash thoroughly,    

  rinse and dry.  

  IMPORTANT:  Never attempt to scrape hardened candy out of the    

  Extractor Head, this could damage the coating.  

7.  Wipe the exterior of the Motorized Base with a damp cloth.  Ensure    

  that water does NOT enter the Motorized Base.  

8.  All servicing, other than cleaning, should be done by an authorized    

  service representative.  See warranty section.
