5. INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Computer functions:
SCAN
Monitor will display the following function on the main screen:
RPM-SPEED-DISTANCE-CALORIES
TIME
Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Your computer
will automatically count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals.
SPEED
Displays your workout speed value in KM/MILE per hour from 0.0 to 999.9.
RPM
Your pedal cadence.
DISTANCE
Displays the accumulative distance traveled during each workout up to a maximum
of 99.99KM/MILE.
CALORIES
Your computer will estimate the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout.
Button function:
a.
Press the button for 2 seconds to clear all exercise value.
b.
Press the button during the exercise to stop the SCAN function and check preferred
data display
Adjustment of exercise intensity:
Adjust the knob tension control to increase (
clockwise
) or
decrease (
counter-clockwise)
the intensity level.
Emergency stop:
Press down the knob to stop the flywheel.
