SLEEP TIMER

The device can be set to turn off after a preset time has elapsed. The sleep setting can be adjusted 
between 10 and 90 minutes in 10-minute intervals.
This function cannot be activated when the device is switch on. 

Setting the sleep timer
1.  Switch on the device from standby mode.
2.  Repeatedly press the >

SLEEP/NAP

< button to select the sleep time in 10-minute intervals.

 < is shown on the display.

3.  You can press the >

SLEEP/NAP

< button to view the remaining time until switch-off.

 

The device will switch off automatically after the preset sleep time has elapsed.

Cancelling the sleep timer
1.  To cancel the sleep timer and switch off the device before the chosen sleep time has elapsed, press  
 

the >

ON/OFF

< button.

 

or

 

To cancel the sleep timer, but keep listening to the radio, press the >

SLEEP/NAP

< button repeatedly  

 

until the display shows “SLEEP 00” and the symbol > 

 <disappears.

REMINDER TIMER

The device can be set to remind you after a certain time between 10 and 120 minutes in 10-minute 
increments with a signal tone.
This function cannot be activated when the device is in standby mode. 

Setting the reminder timer
1.  Switch the device to standby mode.
2.  Repeatedly press the >

SLEEP/NAP

< button to select the reminder time in 10-minute increments.

3.  You can view the remaining reminder time by pressing the >

SLEEP/NAP

< button briefly.

Cancelling the reminder timer
1.  To cancel the reminder timer by pressing the >

ON/OFF

< button.

Notes: 
The signal tone can be interrupted by pressing the >

SNOOZE

< button. The signal tone goes off again at 

5-minute intervals (overall alarm duration is 90 minutes)
