1. Connect a keyboard, monitor, and
mouse.
2. Connect the power supply to the
RED3 IS.
3. Log in to Windows (case sensitive)
Username: Administrator
Password: Completeview!
4. Configure the Salient network,
computer name, and other relative
parameters for network
connectively.
The default IP address for the RED3
switch is 192.168.1.50, but can be set
through the web interface.
To configure the RED3 integrated
switch, browse to http://192.168.1.50.
Username: Admin
Password: Completeview!
(case sensitive)
Cameras will connect to ports 1 to 16
or 1 to 24 depending on the unit.
Connect U2 to the client/corporate
network. The network address is
configured through the Windows
Control Panel. U1 is used as an
expansion port to the switch to
connect additional devices or switches.
After successfully logging into Windows, the CompleteView™ StartUp Wizard will automati-
cally launch. The Wizard will step through the initial configuration of CompleteView™ server.
