4.3.
Warranty Conditions
- The legal guarantee of conformity is governed by the Consumer
Code Legislative Decree 06.09.2005 No. 206 in favour of consumers
who purchase the product for purposes unrelated to their professional
or business activity and is valid for 24 months from purchase.
- SAIET Telecomunicazioni as manufacturer grants the consumer
(customer) a conventional guarantee under the conditions described
below, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under the
Consumer Code binding the seller.
- In order to make use of the guarantee benefits, the consumer must
present a fiscally valid document issued by the seller showing the date
of purchase not earlier than 24 months and the type of goods
purchased.
- Under warranty, products acknowledged to be defective are replaced
