10 Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
The remote control does not work.
•
Press
to switch to Receiver mode.
•
Point the remote towards the Receiver.
•
Check the batteries and check that the batteries are inserted
correctly.
The Receiver displays a black screen or
an error message.
•
Search for channels (see chapter 7.1.4,
Delete additional
channels
).
The picture is frozen and / or blurred.
•
Check all connections, the antenna cable, and search for
channels again (see chapter 7.1.6,

The Receiver cannot find any channels.
