INSPECT BEFORE USE
Check for kinked
or frayed cables.
Look for signs
of wear on
spoons.
Check for deformation
of cone.
Swivel should
move freely.
INSTALLATION:
1.
Before installing make sure cone is
below the spoons. Insert anchor into
hole so base plate rests flat on concrete
surface.
2.
Pull up on bolt while holding swivel
flush with the concrete. Tighten bolt by
turning it clockwise by hand until bolt is
fastened flush to swivel.
