RECORDING AUDIO ONLY

• POWER ON - Press the B button. The red status light will appear, blink once, then

remain steady. You are now in Stand By Mode.

• To record audio only, from Stand By Mode, HOLD the A button. The red status light

will blink quickly 2 times then go dark. You are now recording audio only.

• To stop recording, press the A button again. The red status light will appear steady. You

are back in Stand By Mode.

• To turn off your watch, HOLD the B button until the status light goes dark.
