Recording is very easy with this watch.
1. Hold the PLAY button until the status lights blink, then let go.
2. Shortly, the green status light will be on.
3. To record, press the REC / EQ button quickly. The status lights will blink orange during
recording.
4. To stop recording, press REC / EQ again. The status lights will stop blinking.
5. To save your recording, hold the PLAY button until the status lights go dark.
