or if your address changes,
you will find the model
number and manufactured
date on the label located
on the back of the seat.
Registration and Safety Notices
Although booster seats are tested, evaluated,
and certified by the manufacturer and tested by
Transport Canada, it is possible that a safety-
related problem may be found. If there is ever
a safety issue with your booster seat, we use
registration information to reach owners.
