Check Belt tightness   

Grasp the child restraint at the
belt path with one hand.

Push

and pull the child restraint from
side to side, forward and back.
The child restraint should not
move more than 1 inch at the
LATCH belt path.

NOTE:

If it moves more than 1

inch, try reinstalling the child
restraint or try another seating
location.

To remove LATCH Belt from
Vehicle Anchor   

Remove child from child
restraint. Press down firmly on
child restraint and press the red
release button on each
connector. Loosen and unhook
the top anchorage hook.

1.

Raise Harness Height
Adjuster   

Squeeze the harness height
adjuster together and raise the
adjuster all the way up.
Repeat for other adjuster

2.

Loosen Harness Straps  

Push in left harness adjuster
button and pull up on the left
shoulder strap. Repeat for
other harness strap.

3.

Release Chest Clip  

Push in the chest clip release
buttons and pull apart.
