III.
Operation Guidance
a)
Overview Car Remote DVR: Look the picture above and find the position of power button, photo/video
button, camera pinhole, indicator light, USB port, reset hole, keychain, microphone hole etc. These four small
buttons are for decoration.
b)
Charge the DVR: Please connect it to your PC with USB cable. Once connected,the blue light is on. It
indicates that it’s carging. When it’s fully charged, the blue light turns off.
It takes about 2 hours to get fully charged. Record time is about one hour and standby time is about 60 hours.
* Please turn off the DVR before charing and connecting with the PC.
c)
Take fotos: Firstly, Put the camera len aimed at the objects you want to record. Secondly, click
“photo/video” button and you can take a photo. The blue light will be off for 2 seconds. Click once and you get
one picture.
d)
Record a video:
Firstly, Put the camera len aimed at the objects you want to record. Please adjust the angle when recording.
Secondly, long ress “photo/video” button (flash 3 times) and it begins to video, then click “photo/video” to stop
and save the video(the indicator is blue). When recording, the light is off.
e)
Turn on/off:
(1) Turn on: Long press power switch. The blue light is on.
(2) Turn off: Long press power swith. Then the blue light is off.
f) Reset Car remote DVR: If the DVR crash or don’t work normally, please press the “Reset” button(use a
needle).
g) Change/Set time:
(1) Connect to your PC and open the 4G memory.
(2) Build a new .txt file and rename it as “timerset”. Then open it and write down the Current time
(year,month,day,minute,second). Eg. 20110125143640 Y. Finally, save it and escape. Next time you use car
remote DVR, it will display corresponding time.
(3) Put the CD disk into your PC. Then open “Write time-EN.exe” and click “Update time”. Finally, disconnect
with the computor.
(4) Reboot the DVR and new time update.

1. Why I can’t play the video?

Please try another AVI video player.
2. Why can’t start up the DVR?

Maybe the battery run out, please charge the internal battery.
3. Why can’t connect with my PC?
-
Please turn off the DVR and then connect. Or press “reset” button.
