Installation
Door sensor
Place the neodym magnet on the moving top part of the door
panel (Fig. 4). The external door sensor should be placed on the
fixed part of the lift door machine, as close to the neodym magnet
as possible when the doors are closed.
Best placement depends on the door type, see Fig. 5 for reference.
If the neodym magnet and the external door sensor are placed too
far apart the quality of the door opening data cannot be guaran-
teed.
Connect the USB cable to the main unit (Fig. 6). The main unit and
door sensor must be within reach of each other (the door sensor
cable length is 2 meter, if longer cable is needed a standard 2-3
meter USB extension cable can be used).
One additional door sensor can be ordered with the article number
*LYRA-DS. The second door sensor can used when there are two
door openings.
Main unit
Mount the SafeLine LYRA main unit on top of the lift car. Fasten the
unit with two screws (Fig. 2).
Connect the USB charging cable to the LYRA unit and the wall
charger and then connect the wall charger to a power outlet (Fig.
6).
Installation
For the final part of the installation, please download the LYNX app
from Google Play or Apple App Store.

LED’s
LED 1 indicates system status
Flashing green System OK.
LED 2 indicates data
Continuous yellow Unit is booting.
Flashing yellow Data is transmitting.
LED 3 indicates temperature
Continuous red Unit is not yet in operating
temperature.
Light off Temperature is stable.
LED 4 indicates the power supply status
Continuous green Power supply OK.
Light off No power supply.
