5.2 Three-phase configuration
5.2.1 System setup
FRDMGD3160DCMHB is connected to a compatible DCM
™
1000X SiC three-phase
evaluation kit as shown in
. The full three phases can be run simultaneously via
externally provided PWM. A single KL25Z + translator board assembly can configure all
six gate drivers and collect faults.

Low-voltage DC power supply for VSUP (12 V)

Signal generator to provide three-phase PWM (high side and low side)
