Bend the Cotter Pin to 

secure it in the Handle Tube

Attach the Tube Bracket 

onto the Crossbar using 

the indicated hardware. 

Torque nuts to 90 in-lbs.

Insert one Handle Tube Bushing 

into the Tube Bracket.

Position Handle 

Bushing as shown

4.2

Attach the Rear Tube Hook 

to the Handle Tube using 

the indicated hardware

4.3

Slide the assembled Handle Tube 

into the Bushing until the Hook 

contacts the Bushing.
