Attach

upside
down
and attach
middle
legs
(B)
on
to bottom of
top/shelf
Step 2
Attach the shelf to legs,
screw the long and short
feet on it, then use wrench to tighten the wheels
Step 3
Place mirrors
(F)
onto
both shelves, top and bottom.
