OPEN THE CARTON BOX AND TAKE OUT BASE AND HARDWARE
STEP2
CONNECT THE TWO METAL ARMS TO BACK AND SEAT WITH
SCREWS , TIGHTEN BY USING WRENCH AS SHOWN.
The back and hardware are located under the base.
