BEVERAGE SETTINGS
To adjust the general brew parameters of the various types of coffee. Press “beverage settings” on the
main menu.
Selecting every single product you can adjust:
the coffee’s brew
temperature
the quantity of coffee to be ground
(opti-dose) or the use of pre-
ground coffee
coffee prebrewing
The current programming status is indicated according to each parameter
«PREBREWING» ADJUSTMENT
To set the prebrewing function: the coffee is slightly dampened before brewing to bring out the full aroma of the
coffee which acquires an excellent taste. Press “prebrewing”.
