• Place a container under the steam spout.

Open the knob (4) and press the button (17) to
remove at intervals (one cup at a time) all the descaling
solution.
To stop dispensing, press the button (17) and close the
knob (4).

- During each interval disconnect the machine
by pressing the ON/OFF button (2) in order to let the
descaling solution take effect for about 10-15 minutes.
Empty the container.

- When the descaling solution is

remove the water tank, rinse it and

ll it with fresh drinking
water.

- Reinsert the tank into the machine.

- Open the knob (4) and press the button
(17) to empty 2/3 of the water. Press the button (17) and
close the steam knob (4) to stop dispensing.
• Let the machine warm up and empty the water tank as
described above.
• Install the cappuccinatore again.
- Insert the cappuccinatore coupling from steam spout
completely.
- Tighten the ring nut securely.
Saeco descaling solution should be disposed of
according to the manufacturer instructions and/
or the regulations in the country of use.

• Put unused appliances out of service.
• Disconnect the plug from the socket and cut the electrical
cord.
• At the end of its life, take the appliance to a suitable waste
collection site.
