GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DYNAMIC MODELS
1. Connect the power cable to the electrical supply. With the DYNAMIC model there is nothing else you
need to do. The central vacuum unit is ready for use. The machine needs to be turned on by depressing
the switch. It is necessary in normal use as the central vacuum unit will start to work when the
low-voltage hose is inserted into an inlet valve.
2. To prepare the hose for use, connect the telescopic wand and the appropriate tool for the type of floor
surface you wish to clean, to the hose handle.
3. Insert the hose cuff into the inlet valve. The central vacuum unit will start to work automatically.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIGITAL MODELS
1. Connect the power cable. Then turn on the unit by depressing the switch and LCD Display will light on
permanently lit indicating that it is connected to the power supply. The central vacuum unit is now ready
for use. Your appliance comes to you from the factory already prepared. You do not need to set it up or
make any adjustments.
2. To prepare the hose for use, connect the telescopic wand and the appropriate tool for the type of floor
surface you wish to clean, to the hose handle.
3. Connect the hose to the system by inserting its cuff into an inlet valve. Turn the system on by sliding
the switch on the low-voltage hose handle to the ON position, assuming your central vacuum unit comes
with this option. If not, the system will automatically turn on when the hose is connected to the inlet
valve. For models with a low-voltage hose with a speed control facility, adjust this according to the type
of surface which you wish to vacuum.
HOW TO WORK THE LCD CONTROL PANEL
For manual operation of the central vacuum unit, gradually depress the key indicated by the symbol on
the control panel to increase the vacuum power. To stop vacuuming, press the key indicated by the
symbol on the control panel, then depress the key marked RESET to stop vacuuming. To view the
different control menus of the LCD panel depress the MODE key. The central vacuum must not be in use,
otherwise it will not be possible to view the menus. If the system is operated from the hose handle, it is
not possible to stop it manually using the RESET key on the central vacuum’s control panel.
