Monitoring of operation
To ensure satisfactory operation, it is required that you enter certain routines in a logbook on a
regular basis. You can use the items listed in the
Start-up log
, which is page 2 of the
Checklist
illustrated in Fig. 15. The service engineer will need this information in connection with, for ex-
ample, error reports.
In addition to the items listed in the start-up log, all other activities of service, maintenance or
repair work must be entered into your logbook as required by EN 378 and national laws.
Checklist
Along with your Sabroe equipment, we have provided a
Checklist
as shown in Fig. 15. This
checklist will be useful to the service engineer, and
it must be filled in during commission-
ing and start-up
. The checklist is also available for download with the order-specific
documentation.
Keep the filled-in checklist, and send a copy to Sabroe Factory as documentation that the unit
has been installed and commissioned correctly. The checklist will be required in case of a war-
ranty issue.
