The garments is FIA 8856-2018 or FIA 8856-2000 approved, it shall therefore be
replaced in case of damages (e.g. tears, abrasions, contact with fire, etc.).
In case some minor repair is needed or wished, the same materials shall be used
as for the production of the garment.
Sabelt S.p.a. is not to be held liable for garments that underwent repair
interventions which are not specifically approved in writing.
WARRANtY
Your new Sabelt product is guaranteed free from original defects for a period of
24 months from delivery, in accordance with Directive 99/44/EC.
In countries where the legal warranty period is different, the period provided for
by the Laws of the Country where the garment was purchased is to be applied.
The Warranty provides free substitution or repair of the garment in case of
manufacturing defects occurred within the above-mentioned time period.
It is to be noted that the warranty is not applied in case of improper use of
the garment, in case of washing or maintenance which do not comply with the
instructions of this manual and the labels on the garment.
As required by the Law, this warranty is provided by the Dealer who sold the
garment; please, refer to the Dealer in case of need.
