Simple Troubleshooting

The most comprehensive protection among similar products.

1.Temperature controller protection: Once the water has reached the boiling point,

the temperature controller will automatically shut down power.

2.Boil-dry protection: If the kettle is left to boil dry, the boil-dry protection

mechanism will automatically engage to prolong the product's lifecycle.

3.Thermal fuse: This serves as the final line of defense if the two aforementioned

protective mechanisms malfunction for any reason, making it a thoroughly safe

home appliance compared to any other product.

Cause

Solution

1.Before cleaning the product, be sure to unplug the “Power Base” from the socket.

2.Remove the kettle from the power base and wipe it with a damp cloth.

3.When cleaning the product, do not submerge the kettle or the power base in water.

4.Due to the composition of tap water, you may notice buildup of water stains inside

the kettle. When this happens, mix vinegar or citric acid with warm water and add

the solution to the kettle for 30 minutes. Discard the solution and rinse thoroughly

with clean water before wiping dry. Or pour citric acid into the Quick boil Kettle

and let it boil, then empty it and clean it.

1.Power base: coil the power cord clockwise and store it under the power base.

2.Wipe the kettle dry and make sure that all residual water inside the kettle has

been completely drained before placing the kettle in a well-ventilated place.

3.If the kettle will not be used for extended period of time, make sure it is completely

dry and store it in the plastic bag.
