Troubleshooting
If any problems arise when you are using your SABA refrigerator, check the following points before
having the appliance repaired:
1.
The appliance is not working.
Possible causes:
The appliance is not connected to the mains correctly.
2.
Poor cooling capacity
Possible causes:
(1). The temperature control dial is set to “MIN”.
(2).

(3). The doors of the SABA refrigerator are not closed properly.
(4). Cool air escapes if the door seal is damaged or bent.
(5). The circulation of air in the SABA refrigerator is poor.
(6). Too much warm food was put into the SABA refrigerator.
(7). There is no gap around the SABA refrigerator.
(8). The SABA refrigerator is exposed to direct sunlight or located near to a heat source.
3.
The sound of running water can be heard.
Possible causes:
This is the sound of the coolant which circulates through the cooling system.

The front and sides of the SABA refrigerator are warm.
This is not a malfunction. Condensers are located on the inside of the front and sides of the SABA
refrigerator.

5.
Condensation has formed on the sides of the SABA refrigerator.
During periods of wet weather or on rainy days, condensation forms on both sides of the SABA
refrigerator (just as condensation forms on a glass vessel when you pour warm water into it):

6.
An unusual sound can be heard.
Possible causes:
(1). The SABA refrigerator is not stable.

(3). The outer pipes of the cooling system are touching one another or they are touching

7.
Condensation has formed on the inner walls of the appliance.
The room temperature is elevated and the door was open for a long time.
Liquids are being stored in the fridge that were not covered before being

8.
Food in the refrigerator section of the SABA refrigerator is frozen.
(1). The temperature control dial is set to “MAX”.
(2). The food is too close to the cold air outlet.
