shall be installed in the fixed wiring
for protection.
Do not mount on conductive surface. Do not open the
enclosure frequently.
Turn off power when change the light sources.
High in-rush current would be caused when bulbs of
certain brands burned which might damage the unit
permanently.
CAUTION!
During installation, all the requirement of mentioned
standard must be fulfilled when installing, also insulation
and requirements of interconnection cord between power
box and detector shall be considered.
Please keep the installation distance between two
detectors within 8m (See FIG.13) if OS-365S is connected
to power box of OS-365P, and the thickness of ceiling
board is 5 - 20mm (See FIG.18).
Installation and assembly of electrical equipment
must be carried out by qualified electricians.
Contact a qualified electrician in the event of
fault or break down.
OS-365P / OS-365PA is a ceiling flush mount motion detector for

3.1 Select a proper location
Since the detector is in response to temperature change,
please avoid the following conditions (See FIG.4-A &
FIG.4-B):
3.1.3 Helpful tips for installation
Avoid mounting the detector near heat sources, such as
heating vents, air conditioning, vents as dryers, lights, etc.
Avoid aiming the detector toward the objects which may be
swayed in the wind, such as curtain, tall plants, miniature
Avoid aiming the detector toward the objects whose
surfaces are highly reflective, such as mirror, monitor, etc.

3.1.2 Pay attention to the walking direction in the test
proceeding. It is more sensitive to movement across the
detector and less sensitive to movement directly
towards to detector which will reduce the detection
coverage (See FIG.3).

3.2.1 Override function
The detector can be bypassed to keep the light(s) on if
required. When the connected manual switch (Manual SW)
is closed, the detector is overrided and the controlled load
stays on. Whereas the connected manual switch is opened,
the detector can resume to work normally. Please refer to
the wiring diagram (FIG. 6 & FIG.9) for the connection of
manual switch and detector for this function.
