Start the engine. Refer to page 13 of the operator’s
manual for more details.
Unplug all loads from the generator.
Open the vent on the fuel cap (
A).
Put auto idle switch in the
OFF position.
Put the on/stop switch in the ON ( I ) position (
B).
Move the choke lever right to the START position (
C).
Pull the starter grip and rope (
D) until the engine
runs (a maximum of 6 times).
Allow the engine to run for 15 - 30 seconds, then
move the choke lever left to the RUN position (
E).
