NOTICE

To prevent fuel gum deposits and corrosion in the

Trimmer’s carburetor and fuel system, it is highly

recommended to use a fuel additive / stabilizer formulated

for ethanol fuels. Follow the stabilizer manufacturer’s

instructions. Run the engine at least 5 minutes after adding

stabilizer.

4. When preparing the Trimmer for storage or when

Trimmer will not be used for 30 days or more:

a. Inspect and clean the Trimmer thoroughly.
b. Lightly oil all external metal surfaces.
c. Remove the spark plug, place a few drops of 2-cycle

engine oil into the cylinder. Pull the recoil starter

several times to distribute the oil. Replace the spark

plug.

d. Inspect and clean air filter as required.
