GENERAL SAFETY RULES
■
Always wear personal protective safety glasses,
gloves, ear protectors, face mask or respiratory
equipment and protective clothing.
■
Always ensure machine is switched off before
connecting air supply.
■
The tools shall not be used in explosive atmospheres
unless specially designed for that purpose.
■
Always use ear protectors and wear safety glasses,
face mask or respiratory equipment.

Do not wear watches, rings bracelets or loose clothing
when using air tools, and avoid drawing in or trapping
of long hair.
■
Always ensure that the blade is designed for use with
the tool and ensure that the blade is properly clamped.

instructions before use.
■
Keep children away from tools and workplaces.
■
Do not overload the machine. Allow the tool to operate
at its optimum speed for maximum efficiency.

In the interests of safety and prevent possible damage/

machine has stopped before putting it down after use.
■
Always ensure that the work piece is firmly secured
leaving both hands free to control the machine.
■
Do not stop rotation of the disc by applying lateral
pressure on it.
■
Make sure that the guard of the rotary saw blade,
if mounted on the saw, is in place and is correctly
mounted and functioning properly.
■
Make sure that sparks, if emitted, are directed away so
as not to cause a hazard.
■
Air tools are not generally insulated and should not
come in contact with electric power sources.
■
The spare parts would not affect the health and safety
of the operator.

APPLICATIONS
This lightweight, slim-designed tool cuts curved surfaces
and tight circles with ease. The tool cuts all types of
aluminum, plastic,

the tool include: rear exhaust, rubber grip, safety trigger
to prevent accidental starts, safety frame at the head of
body saw. The product is for sawing only, any other use
is forbidden.
AIR SUPPLY AND OPERATION
■
Ensure air valve (or trigger) is in the “off” position
before connecting to the air supply.
■
Required air pressure of 90psi, and an air flow
according to specification.
■
Disconnect air tools from the energy source before
changing blades or making adjustments.
■
Connect the tool to the air hose.
■
Press trigger to operate the tool.
■
DO NOT use any additional force upon the
tool.
■
DO NOT allow tool to free run for an extended period
of time as this will shorten its life.
