Using the dust bag

Use the dust bag for smaller jobs.

Insert the dust bag adaptor into the dust port.

 

Ŷ

Empty the dust bag regularly to maintain optimum dust 
collection.

Remove the battery and clean the dust port regularly. 
Remove any clogging object using a suitable tool.

NOTE:

 Do not reach into the dust port with your hands. 

They could be injured by rotating parts.

KICKSTAND

The product has been equipped with an automatic pivoting 
kickstand that will prevent the blades from contacting the 
workbench when not in use. As you begin the planing 
operation, the kickstand will automatically retract as it 
passes over the edge of the workpiece. When setting 
the product down on the workbench, the kickstand will 
automatically pivot down to prevent the blade from making 
any contact.

 

 WARNING

Make sure the kickstand operates freely at all times and 
that the area surrounding the kickstand is clear of debris. 
Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury.

MAINTENANCE

 

 WARNING

The product should never be connected to a power 
supply when assembling parts, making adjustments, 
cleaning, performing maintenance, or when the product 
is not in use. Disconnecting the product from the power 
supply will prevent accidental starting that could cause 
serious injury.

 

 WARNING

When servicing, use only original manufacturer’s 
replacement parts, accessories and attachments. Use of 
any other parts may create a hazard or cause product 
damage.

Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most 
plastics are susceptible to various types of commercial 
solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use clean 
cloths to remove dirt, carbon dust, etc.

with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or 
destroy plastic which may result in serious personal

For greater safety and reliability, all repairs should be 
performed by an authorised service centre.

Always wear safety goggles or safety glasses with side 
shields during power tool operation or when blowing 
dust. If operation is dusty, also wear a dust mask.

Replace worn blades with new ones.

The blade has sharp edges and may also remain hot 
after cutting operations. Exercise extreme caution 
when cleaning an exposed blade. Wear gloves to 
protect yourself from personal injury.

LUBRICATION

All of the bearings in the product are lubricated with a

the product under normal operating conditions. Therefore, 
no further lubrication is required.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle raw materials instead of disposing 
of as waste. The machine, accessories and 
packaging should be sorted for environment-
friendly recycling.
