ASSEMBLY
Remove the table saw base, loose parts, and hardware
from the packing materials. Check all items with the loose
parts list and drawing.
ASSEMBLING CASTER AND CASTER CAPS
Remove the following hardware from the bag:
- 2 Caster (27)
- 2 Caster cap (25)
- 4 Washers (26)
- 2 Shoulder bolts (28)

Place the table saw on end. Secure the axle in the
place by inserting a screwdriver or large nail in the
hole in the center of the axle (Fig. 3-1).
■
Loosen bolts on each side of the axle by turning
counterclockwise.
Note:
To prevent the axle from slipping through the
slots on the table saw, do not remove both bolts at
the same time.
■
Place a caster and two washers on the shoulder bolt
in the following order: washer, caster, washer
■
Insert the shoulder bolt, caster, and washers
combination into the axle. Securely tighten.

Place the caster cap in the holes in the caster and tap
the caster cap into place.
Note:
The short bolts removed from the axle should
be kept for future use if caster are removed. There
must always be bolts in both sides of the axle for
safe operation.
ASSEMBLING BUMPERS (9) (Fig. 3-3)

Place saw table on end.
■
Securely tighten bumpers in place using the screws.
ASSEMBLING OUT FEED SUPPORT (7)
Unpack the out feed support assembly and check against
Loose Part List to ensure you have all the parts.
■
Insert out feed rod (23) into each out feed bracket,
with the screw-hole end outwards.
■
Fit a set screw onto each rod (Fig. 4-1).
■
Place the out feed support on to the rods and secure
with screws (24) and washers (Fig. 4-2).
