Some of the following symbols may be used on this tool. Please study them and understand their meaning. Proper
interpretation of these symbols will allow you to operate the tool better and safer.

Wear Eye, Head and
Hearing Protection
Wear eye protection which is marked to comply with standards
as well as head and hearing protection when operating this
equipment.
Ricochet alert
Thrown objects can ricochet and result in personal injury or
property damage. Wear protective clothing and boots.
Wear protective gloves
Wear non-slip, heavy-duty protective gloves.
Keep bystanders away
Keep all bystanders, especially children and pets, at least 15m
from the operating area.
Wet conditions alert
Do not expose to rain or damp conditions.
Sharp cutting blades. To prevent serious injury, do not touch cutting blades.
Caution! Cutting means continues to run after the motor is switched off.

may result in minor or moderate injury.
CAUTION:
(Without Safety Alert Symbol) Indicates a situation that may
result in property damage.
