JOININg ThE EdgER ATTAchMENT TO ThE
ATTAchMENT ShAFT
See Figure 2.
This product requires a one one-time assembly of the edger
head to the attachment shaft.
Remove rubber end cap from edger attachment shaft
before installing.
Install the edger attachment shaft into opening on the gear
head so that the hole on the top of the attachment shaft
lines up with the shaft screw. Be sure the arrows on the
gear head and the edger attachment shaft meet.
Tighten the shaft screw into the hole on the edger
attachment shaft.

This product requires assembly.
Carefully remove the items from the box. Make sure that
all items listed in the packing list are included.
Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.
Do not discard the packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the tool.
