Troubleshoo�ng / FAQs:
If you encounter any problems with your camera, please format your
MicroSD card first,as this resolves 90% of all issues. To format the
MicroSD card, connect your mobile device to the camera using Wi-Fi.
Open the RYDIA Vision App and open the se�ngs menu. Choose the
“Format Camera” op�on. Doing this will erase any data you have on the
card so make sure to back-up any files before doing this.
Camera is
warm
It is normal for the camera to become warm
to the touch when in opera�on.
Camera will
not turn on
Ensure the power cable is connected correctly.
Blue ring will iluminate. If the power plug does not
reach the bo�om, remove the rubber sleeve on
the plug. Avoid to connect the camera to the
computer by USB cable for power.
Camera
makes
a chiming
/ bleeping
sound
This is the camera’s fail safe alarm which is there to
warn you that there is a problem with either the
camera or most probably the MicroSD card.
Forma�ng your MicroSD card could solve this issue.
