7. Enter the desired IP address in the address field and click OK in the TCP/IP and
LAN windows. The system will update the Subnet mask address automatically
based on the new IP address.
Network Communications
The SEE™IP communicates in one of the following modes:
• Uni-direction: Client PC
• Bi-direction
Network
The SEE™IP can be configured as follows:
• Static IP
• One camera to one controller
• One to many controller connections
• Multicasting
• Automatic transmit rate control according to network condition
Sensor and Alarm
The SEE™IP can send an Event Alarm
System Connections
The SEE™IP can be connected in a 1:1, or one to many topology.
1:1 Connection
The SEE™IP can transmit video images to a single PC in a central location to view
video images on an analog monitor.
1:N Connection
Up to a maximum of 64 PCs or decoders can be connected to one SEE™IP. Network
bandwidth can decrease the maximum number of valid connections allowed.
Video Decoder
A decoder can accept camera data as input, decode it, then send it out as analog
video.
