AUThORIzE SUPPORT FOR ACA-E5 SYSTEm
The KLK-E5 provides a portal to a Russound
network support tunnel when an installer needs
Russound’s help troubleshooting an ACA-E5 system.
This portal also allows the installer to access the
system from a remote location.
The Authorize Support feature enables the
system to be accessed remotely via the internet for
Russound technical support to diagnose or program
the system.
From the main menu, select “Settings,” then
“Installation.” Choose “Authorize Support.” On the
Authorize support screen, select “On.” A session
number will be provided in the Session Number box.
This number is then given to the technician to provide
off-site access to the system.
A “Press Menu for Details” message is displayed
if there is a problem establishing a tunnel.
During the support tunnel process, the system is
unavailable for use.
