• Do not place the lid on when using the Sauté function. If you do so, the multi cooker
will beep repeatedly until the lid is removed.
SLOW COOK
This setting allows you to cook delicious slow cooked meals including meat, soups, bolognese,
fruits or vegetables as you would in a standard slow cooker.
This is not a pressurized setting, but is intended to be used with the lid in place. When slow
cooking, it is extremely important that you do not often open the lid to check on the cooking
progress. Each time the lid is opened, your cook time will need to be increased. The default
cooking time is set at 4 hours but this can be adjusted, depending on your recipe requirements.
The available cooking time ranges from 2 to 10 hours.
